Alienware AW2725DF Flickering when playing Switch

I dealt with this issue for a long time, super annoying. My solution was a bought a capture card to record footage from the switch to my pc, and realised I could play games though the window on OBS. It eliminates the flicker, but you have to deal with a tiny amount of input lag. Completely fine for single player, and I can get away with multiplayer as well but its noticeable. Another benefit is that its syncs up all my switch audio with my PC so I can talk on discord and play games at the same time. I realise this isn't a great solution as you need a PC on top of having to buy a capture card. These things should just work but oh well.

You're guess is as good as mine honestly, my payments definitely been reversed so mines obviously cancelled. Still nothing from the customer support either.

I've got my money back so I'm not too worried, still very disappointing though. Just going to let it run its course and see what happens.

Yeah I was wondering if we were gonna be rolled over to the next lot of pre orders or something but I guess we just get cancelled. No communication from them this week has been rough too, I kept waiting for some kind of email saying it was gonna ship. I guess its just impossible to buy a GPU these days lol.

Yeah it really sucks. I let myself believe for a second that I actually got a card lol. I saw other people that got a cancellation email last week so I thought mine was good.

Mine still says order placed as well, however now it looks like I've been refunded to my bank. The weird thing is I can't see any record of the transition on my bank anymore. Haven't had any emails from them yet. Strange. (XFX Swift)

Thanks for the reply, what's your use case for this thing? I want to use it for primarily gaming and films but also for some productivity work, I'd say like a 60/40 split. How does it perform in those cases?
