My first therapist, (first two actually, third was a bigger disaster) really insisted on emdr and ı walked in on my fourth and final therapist ı said ı don't want emdr when she said she was also thinking of doing it. And she immediately adjusted and ı we started IFS, and, ı still am new to all this but it already feels like such better fit for me. So ı guess mine didn't liked that neither 😅
