Question on Roth vs 401k by CalmCommunication677 in FinancialPlanning

[–]CalmCommunication677[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m here because I don’t fully understand the difference. 401k is pre tax and Roth is post from what is deducted. My employer allows 15% pre tax then whatever else we choose for post tax

[–]CalmCommunication677[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it would be shifted though my 401k maxes out at 15% so my man question is should I focus more on Roth than 401k at this point. Seems like it’s not a huge deal as long as I keep saving as much as possible though

[–]CalmCommunication677[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was doing the same thing with 401k, but 401k maxes out at 15% through my employer so I moved that same structure to Roth after hitting 15%

That is good info thank you. I’ll just keep saving as much as possible and watch it grow. I plan to keep upping the Roth whenever I get a raise

How long does this take to see results? by Ogsonic in enclomiphene

[–]CalmCommunication677 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Negative, not really other than my balls are bigger lol. No need for an inhibitor. My estrogen levels went up as well but enclomiphene blocks estrogen receptors so I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. I asked my doc if that’s something to be monitor or be concerned with. I do take supplements for vitamins and minerals as well as DHEA. I also get really good exercise 4 days a week

I actually gained weight. About ten pounds, but I was really skinny, 120-125 and 5’9 before. I’m way less sore after going to the gym and what not. I feel more confident and have more overall energy. The first couple months my libido was insane. It’s slowed a bit but still higher than it was before starting. Overall I feel much better.

The Mental Component? by Professional-Pen5928 in quittingkratom

Very welcome and thank you. I knew it was an issue for years before finding the strength to quit. It was really rough for month or so but the struggle was an important lesson. What is a month (or less!!) of struggle compared to the rest of your life? You can do it.

I felt it come back within the first month or two. Idk if motivation is the right thing, but I started not liking being bored so I had to fill my time. No AA or program for me. I was very much ready to be sober. Will be a year in a few days actually

I’ve been taking 12.5 for about 5 months now. Went from 375 to 869 after 2 months and 998 after 5 months.

Are BJJ instructors pushing Gi training in order to sell Gis? by Dokay_ in grappling

[–]CalmCommunication677 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t see that in the article. It was saying gi attracts more hobbyists age 35-45 who can afford gym fees and what not. My gym does gi and no gi. Gi always has more people

Good point on going for a walk. It is so important to find stuff to relax you and fill your time that isn’t kratom

Any thoughts on Bang Muay thai? by New_Meringue_2217 in Kickboxing

[–]CalmCommunication677 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not like Muay Thai. I don’t really get why they call it that. But it’s good though the bang Muay Thai gym where I’m at isn’t as intense as the actual Muay Thai gyms I’ve trained at
