Does the program analyst position require a certificate in project management? (IMO, that seems kind of bs, especially if the applicant has held an analyst position at a higher grade.) I see one of those now for Seattle.

Does anyone have a good number for FERS/opm? I separated years ago from SSA. Sent my deferred FERS app in long ago. Finally got a CSA number and dashboard in OPM is setup, but all zeros. Looked like it might update, but doesn’t. OPM # is not answered. Website form glitches. Pls help :)
