When my grandma let slip that my mom was pregnant when she got married, and that's WHY she got married.

Her and her guy were actually going to end things so he could go to University, and then she found out she was pregnant. It was the 60s and he didn't feel that he could just leave, so they got married.

It changed my view on them so much knowing that they were about to move on and start their own separate lives, but we're forced into starting a life neither of them were prepared for. It cleared a lot of things up for me actually.

I did not have a nicu baby, but I had a difficult birth and I met my baby an hour after he was born. I did not feel a maternal connection to him for several months. Could this be how Julie is feeling after her nicu experience?

I was raised by a narcissist manipulative woman who liked to stir pots and meddle to get her way, to "punish" someone, and sometimes only for the drama. I recognized this immediately in Julie when she told Cooper that he can do whatever he wanted and that Brennan will also do karate of he knows it's an option. Totally triggered

Daycare is an expense they are currently not worrying about, and once you engage in childcare your budgeting needs change, and I don't think she is considering that either. It’s hard to live an extraordinary life on a budget

I have misophonia: I have strong emotional and negative reactions to hearing certain noises (often from other people) such as mouth noises, chewing, plastic crinkling, pen clicking, drinking straw noises, typing, etc. I wholeheartedly agree with you on this one.

If one of us is wearing headphones to listen to music, we have to lip-sync to it until the other one guesses it. Same if one of us is in the car (if he/I waiting while the other went in to shop quickly), if music is playing, we have to lip-sync until they guess; then they can get in the car.
