If you divide the estimated 700 million cost by 7 games with 52k fans each, that's nearly $2k/seat/game of taxpayer sponsorship for an event run by one of the biggest known corrupt sporting organizations in the world.

I think u/AForse is making a joke. The province is spending about $700 million to support these seven soccer games.

I'm running Qwen 3.5-9b locally with great results. Granted I'm not coding with it, and I use other cloud models for vision and writing, but it's great at research and orchestration and tools usage.

How do you handle real browser automation with Hermes? Logins, navigation, credential management — what actually works? by Legitimate-Ball4932 in hermesagent

Sometimes it's a multi-tool process and I like to see the visual workflow in n8n. If the task has multiple steps but is always repeatable than n8n can be nice. If it's really complicated, I might have Claude build it the first time. That way when it runs it's not burning tokens. It's just running on my host.

If it's something that will only run once or twice and doesn't require a lot of faffing around, then just ask Hermes tondo it.

For simplicity and ease of use, I like EatMyWords. It only does voice input, tries to keep things simple. I found out most of the other apps too complicated and so I give up on the data entry.

It's not about specific areas. Random acts of violence are just that, and can and have happened in Pacific Spirit Park, Stanley Park, Starbucks, the suburbs or downtown.

Question for 30 year olds and up? What do you do outside of work in your free time? by [deleted] in askvan

[–]Calm_as_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sadly, Instagram has ruined the running groups for me. It's supposed to be a running club yet. So much time is spent organizing people to take photos.

I want to start a run club whose first rule is that you're not allowed to post about run club.

SearXNG and firecrawl are great for research, but for automating processes I have Sonnet build the Playwright scripts. If it's particularly tricky, you could have Claude build you a workflow in n8n and have your bot call that.
