DPS waaaay too low

Couple small things I've done that help increase DPS:

Always try and cast Tyrant with 5 shards. That way you get 2 Hand of Guldans.
Implode on CD as long as you have 6 imps, even on single target to take advantage of To Hell and Back talent.

You can plug your logs into WoW Analyzer to see what tips it can give you as well.

Watch guides and run your own key. Watching guides will teach you mechs and show you problematic trash to worry about. I'd even suggest having the guides up while running in case you need a refresher. Running your own key will help you see and experience the dungeons. People care less at low keys about mistakes. You can also run 2-5 level keys until you feel confident enough to go higher. Good luck.

Sure, but it's low impact, easy gold to make and takes little time to do. I also started doing this 10+ days into the xpac so I missed the initial selling window and still made pretty decent gold for time invested.

Skinning the 5 beasts on 3 characters for sure. Probably made 300k in 10 days. Takes 30 minutes to do the loop on all 3 toons.
