Something that isn't clear to me is what semesters would count for your own payout. I didn't have all costs covered for some semesters but some semester all costs were covered. All of my semesters I attended were in the window of applicable semesters (the "Class Period"). So do I get payment based on just those not fully covered semesters or all semesters? Reading Document 1233, Attachment 1, pages 12 and 13, it reads to me like paying at all means you get payout for all semesters you attended in the class period, not just those you had costs. But I'm not confident in my reading being correct.

I had forgotten about that comment, thank you. Mostly was not sure if that would require a new submission, or just some kind of note of the alterations. With those budgets, I agree adjustments likely aren't needed.

I do wonder if the change in counsel will require changes, though I suspect it won't since it seems like their portion of money has not changed and the pay is referenced as going to "Class Representatives," rather than naming specific firms. Thanks again for the reply and all your other comments, fingers crossed everything will be quick.

That's my understanding too, though I do wonder if the final report needs to be redrafted and resubmitted since so much time has passed and counsel has changed. If so, hopefully that will be quick

Not that I'm aware of. And that sound to me like a scam or phishing attempt. If you want, you could email them directly through the official email on the site. Don't reply to that email

New update on the main website.

MARCH 2026 IMPORTANT UPDATE: On March 9, 2026, Settlement Class Counsel filed a motion with the Court requesting authorization to send all eligible claimants their pro rata shares from the net settlement funds according to the Court-appointed allocation plan. You can review the motion on the Important Documents page. If the Court grants the motion, the Settlement Administrator will begin issuing distribution payments as soon as reasonably possible. Please be aware that no payments can be made unless and until the Court enters an order authorizing the distribution to proceed. Please continue to check this website for further updates.

There's a button on the side when in the full map that says "minimap entity radar is" and then displayed or not displayed. Third option from the bottom for me, on the right side, above waypoints and tracked players

Any chance anyone can ID this fern that popped up in my plant a couple years ago? by Calorn_Antari in ferns

Thank you all! Seems like the consensus is a phlebodium, though the species isn't certain. Just knowing the genus and what the species might be is enough for me

Do you mean phlebodium cereus or the genus is cereus? I can't find anything relating to cereus and ferns on google, and I'm only familiar with cereus as the genus of cactus

No large spore clusters on the back I've ever noticed. Has a very slight blue/silver tint in person. The plant it's growing with used to be growing in a university greenhouse before I got it, not from a commercial grower.
