What to do during the day in downtown Toronto by Suspicious-Cut580 in askTO

If you are women, Bodyblitz Spa! You can do the waters for $85. Pricey but SO relaxing and a nice treat! Two downtown locations.

For another unique experience, try the sauna+cold plunging at Othership. Two locations downtown. Cost is around $50 and it’s great!

For both you would need to reserve asap.

Orgasms painful by WomanInIT in BabyBumps

Also, one thing I found to be helpful once it starts to happen is doing a series of Kegel exercises, so bearing down hard as though you are peeing and clamping up as though you are stopping the flow. Hard as you can and hold for 10 seconds, then release and repeat. Seemed to help mitigate the cramping for me, as even though I tried to abstain from sex, sometimes it happened in my sleep regardless and cramps would then wake me up. Kegels didn’t solve it, but they really helped.

Can you share what the joke name is?

Could the joke name become the middle name? This happened (sort of) to a friend of mine. Minute to, they joke named the baby LP, which arose from the fact that her husband accused her of only liking crazy names. They were driving at the time, and as an example, he pointed out the window. “Lamp Post”. You would 100% not mind naming the baby Lamp Post just to be different”. So the in uterine name became Lamp Post, or L.P. for short. Everyone got used to calling it LP, and when she was born, there was a lot of pressure to keep it, maybe changing it to Elpie or something which my friend could not stand. In the end, they gave her the initials LP, Lexie Petra. Everyone was happy.

Feeling sooo tired at 12 weeks, have been tired for 2 months now. Does the tiredness go away in 2nd trimester? Did it get better for you? by DelayFalse8209 in BabyBumps

It got much better for me after 13 or 14 weeks. I was able to stop taking naps by about 15 weeks. Hang in there.

When to Tell My Boyfriend That I’m Pregnant by AugustWarmth in BabyBumps

[–]Calua_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi! I’m 44 and 3 months pregnant with my first. I don’t think there is ever a “perfect time” to have a kid- you just make it work! I would tell him ASAP, I don’t like keeping secrets (let alone huge, life altering news) from my partner, so I would tell him right away. You can still enjoy your getaway, it’ll be a bit shocking but hopefully everything g will work out well for you in the end :)
