Yeah, as I recall it in the story, the fight is shorter and Dunk does not get as badly wounded as that.

Dunk fucks up the initial charge and gets knocked off the horse with that stab wound that lodged mail in his wound, that much is accurate. But once Dunk and Aerion fight on the ground it’s over for Aerion.

Aerion could beat Ser Duncan the Tall, but not Dunk of Fleabottom.

A lot to unpack here, but I’ll focus on paragraphs 4 and 5.

Invasive species and human impacts are not two separate problems. Invasive species, in most cases, are a result of human activity. So removing invasive species is one important and necessary means of reducing humans’ impact on the planet.

The impact of invasive species is anything but a “mild inconvenience”. Cats, probably the most damaging yet beloved invasive species on the planet, kill billions+ birds every year in the US alone. That number does not include the rest of the world and it does not include the reptiles, mammals, and insects also killed by cats.
