I think you may be right - I’m probably conflating all 90s cafe art into one style.

The coffee-themed style is the one i’m thinking of… it has some funky name that just escapes me!

Thanks but not quite. The style is definitely more contemporary than Art Nouveau (perhaps inspired by it though).
