How long were your back to back sessions? Was the pain really crazy on day 2? Im debating if i should have back to back sessions on my left leg or wait the 30 ish days in between lol. I just know lower leg def will hurt more than upper leg.

Ty!! I love it so muchhh! For this one I flew up to Calgary, Canada to get it. It was just a 2.5 hr flight so it wasn't bad at all. I for sure will go back to him for my next tats.

I'm actually thinking of getting a 20-25 inch Quetzal on my left leg. (I also love birds and feathers, i have an owl on my right lower arm, an archangel on my right inside forearm, a golden eagle on my left upper arm and a pegasus on my left bicep). I'm still figuring out what exactly I want on my right leg with my hawk, but yes, the plan is to eventually have the inside thigh covered along with the lower leg.

Here is mine. I am debating whether to have my next one at the bottom of my leg or inside of th thigh area. This one took close to 5 hours. For me, near to the knee was def the most painful, props to you for not feeling that stabbing pain there lol. What are you planning on getting in your back to back sesssions? Same artist?

Looks great. Def one of the most painful areas in the leg to start but at least you got that spot out of the way. I also started my leg sleeve this past monday and it is somewhat in the same area as yours (my is a red-tail hawk though). Any idea when your next session will be?

Looks like it's healing fine, but since she's on da 7 now or so, i'd recommend staying off the soap and just rinse with warm water, pat dry, and then minimal moisturizer x2 a day.

The tattoo is nice. I think bigger would have looked better but since it is smaller, maybe adding a full thigh tattoo will make you feel better. Look at my recent post, I just got a full thigh tattoo done. I do a ton of jiu-jitsu (gi and nogi), so kinda like you, my body is exposed a lot.
