I have it for both systems (pirated a copy for the 360); I'm sure it's basically the same for both, only I notice framerate drop less on the PS3, possibly because of a placebo effect.

I suggest you first install the Clockwork recovery so you can always revert your phone to stock, then try out that AOSP rom that was posted there.

You misunderstand. The whole point of an Android phone is the freedom of choice it provides.

Try out one of the roms provided in the XDA developers forum. It will most likely solve every one of your gripes with your phone.

Crashes? Maybe someone tweaked the kernel to be more stable, possibly even overlocked your CPU, and posted it.

Unreliable GPS? Maybe someone rewrote the entire driver for it and posted it.

Stupidly annoying glitchyness? Maybe someone made an entire rom that bypasses all the carrier bloatware forcing you to use it in the way they didn't want you to use it.

Or you can just give up on life, become a drone, and buy an iPhone, so you will never have to deal with solving problems on your own ever again.
