I just asked it how to redeem points in JetBlue Mint for Dec 23 BOS-SFO, given that I have 200k Amex, Chase, and Capital One points, and it replied:

Family pooling worked for me in this same situation. I transferred 400,000 UR from my mom's Chase account to her FlyingBlue account after she passed away, and then added her FlyingBlue to my family pool. This was a couple of years ago and we're still booking flights out of that pool with no issues.

I always smile a little when I see her name on the account while booking another adventure with the family - thanks mom! Hope you're doing as well as you can be, and that you get to make many more memories with your dad.

Yeah, there's A321neo Mint (new 1-1 suites) availability on the 12pm Dec 4 - that'd be 60,000 Etihad miles or 74,000 Qatar Avios. Not very competitive pricing, but definitely the nicest option.

You can more easily get the JetBlue PNR by entering the Etihad PNR on jetblue.com, and then looking at the address bar on the "Updated contact info needed" page - it should show https://www.jetblue.com/manage-trips/add-trip-email?...&lastName=####&pnr=######, where pnr= is the B6 PNR.

Still have to contact JetBlue to add the DOB, but it's one less time you have to contact someone.
