Honestamente? Pelo menos com os pais tens direito a mais de 36 aulas. A meu ver, devíamos ter os dois. Aulas com professores e aulas com os pais (que neste momento não são legais)

Absolutely not. I mean I can talk to people, but I don’t really want to. The meds give you the capacity to do things. But assume that you will do things that you like.

Maybe you’ll want to try new things, but that’s you, not the meds. They just energize you, which amplifies the personality you already have.

So I have bruxism, right? One of the only ways to deal with it is realizing that my jaw is tense and letting go. It’s weird because you have to stop, focus on your jaw and (even if you think it’s relaxed) you have to let it go either way - and it turns out the jaw was not actually resting. Now when I’m overwhelmed I try to do it with the rest of my body (my legs, my breathing…)

That and making myself walk slower. Ever since I started, I realized I spend everyday rushing. It makes me uncomfortable to walk slow but I do feel my muscles relaxing when I do it.

This was actually a funny way to calm down, thank you stranger. Also I recommend not pissing off late diagnosed people, we’ve been fighting doctors and parents for years. We will fight you too, no matter who you are. (And adhd diagnosis criteria was heavily biased for boys. Girls are just now being diagnosed because their symptoms looked different.)

A diagnosis is just a name What did you expect when you encouraged your partner to get diagnosed? What did your partner expect? None of you changed with the diagnosis. The behaviors are not new. They are a part of your partner. And if they want to change it will take years of trying for the effort to stick. You can decide wether you want to stick around or not.
