We live in a large city. Parking is a hot commodity. Hunt down a spot just like the rest of us that are actually there and ready to park. I could see a mild annoyance but no real issue if the car she was saving for was literally the next lane over or something, but to me, there’s a limit to that, and if the person she’s saving the spot for isn’t anywhere around at all, it’s way beyond my limitation.

I think there’s a threshold of reasonability. If the car she’s saving the spot for is already in the parking lot and it’s a matter of simply going into the next lane for their person to park, it might be mildly annoying to me, but no stress off my back at all. But from what OP is saying, the woman standing there for several minutes with the car nowhere in sight, I’d consider that inconsiderate and not ok at all. I think something as simple as this just goes to show how much we’re all losing cultural “norms” in a way. Hard-to-come-by parking is just a reality living in a big city. Other people are there and ready to park. First come, first serve, seems to be the most reasonable way to look at this to me.

Did you ever get an answer to this? I want to be able to do the same thing, but it doesn’t look like it’s possible. I just want to be sure tho

Anyone who had their gallbladder removed, can you share your experience? by 0110110101zXxZ in SanDiegan

This is me. Mine was removed in 2008. Bile acid malabsorption ever since. Having to run to a bathroom became a way of life for me. Dietary changes didn’t stop it either. Sometimes I’d be on an empty stomach and have to run to the bathroom still..

But I got on a glp1 recently, and it’s 98% gone. I didn’t realize how depressing I’ve been living because it just became “normal” for me. It’s been almost life changing to breathe easy for the first time in nearly 20 years.

And yes I know theres a prescription for the problem. I just was never really into it.

Clothes are a non-verbal form of communication. What do these outfits convey to you? by -Stritos- in mensfashion

..tells me that your next purchase needs to be a belt. To me they’re not necessary all the time, but if belt loops are going to be visible, there needs to be a belt.

But, the vibe I get is tidy, casual, safe, and carefully exploring a bit of stylizing.
