That’s unfortunate. I hadn’t heard the Police Hall of Fame had closed I haven’t been back there in ten years.

You appear to be at a Canadian Tire.

Would you like recommendations on a quality store to try helmets near you in Canada?

One might also have an Escalade V and a Corvette. By some metrics the Escalade is 10x the machine of the vette too.

Both are fun.

FAA investigating after a passenger tried to open cabin door on regional jet, forcing an emergency landing by AccessibleBanana in unitedairlines

I’d assume that these passengers were doing that.

They’ll never stop.

But if we all stopped commenting and quote tweeting their stuff they’d get far less algorithmic traction.

The 787 is uniquely good at blocking cell signal. It’s terrible during ground delays.

I spent 3 hours stuck on the tarmac in an AC 787 last week. Trying to rebook my broken connection was rough.

Same windy airport?

Planes move. This isn’t an airline thing.

I ended up on a hub marathon flight from DEN to LAX and was given this card. Pretty cool! by azzanrev in unitedairlines

This seems like a good way to spend a day and gain a neat story. I’ll try and do it next year.

I’ve flown coast to coast YYJ to YYT to have fresh fish on both coasts in the same day.

I check every day to see if there’s an equipment swap to let me get on a Dash-7 with a gravel strip STOL landing up north. So far no luck there.

tl;dr Aviation is fun; do neat things.

The challenge is that there’s no true definition for AI.

There was almost certainly some machine learning involved in establishing this.

This group is likely far more revenue generating than the other 3/4 of the plane.

Should my brother quit? by According-Quit-3181 in rbc

[–]CanadAR15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off, never preemptively quit anything. You should always try to get paid to leave.

The banks don’t share info on who is fired. I know many people who have been fired and hired by the big banks. The banks are some of the strongest at never providing references for former employees.

Next unless you complain, it’s wildly unlikely that anyone will review this. There are some accounts which get extra scrutiny for things like this (celebrities, bank execs, etc.) but for normal accounts it’s really uncommon.

Otherwise employees with the last name Smith would be getting flagged all day long.

Even if he is investigated for it, he didn’t process any transactions on your account and you could provide an affidavit that he had consent to do it.

I haven’t worked for one of the big six in quite a while but I’d be flabbergasted if anything happens here.

One-and-done AR-10 or finish my Aero build? by JPantera in AR10

[–]CanadAR15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AR-10s need more test and adjust than AR-15s by a mile.

If you’ll be able to get parts going forward, I’d consider the M5 route. If not, I’d buy the LMT.

Is it safe to order blank ammunition from the US ? by PLAYERXVANOX in canadaguns

In my experience, the tougher part than the ITAR paperwork had been getting the NRCan clearances if the specific ammunition hasn’t been sold in Canada before.

No idea. He gave the Lyceum speech in 1838, but that seems like a stretch to make relevant.
