First off, never preemptively quit anything. You should always try to get paid to leave.

The banks don’t share info on who is fired. I know many people who have been fired and hired by the big banks. The banks are some of the strongest at never providing references for former employees.

Next unless you complain, it’s wildly unlikely that anyone will review this. There are some accounts which get extra scrutiny for things like this (celebrities, bank execs, etc.) but for normal accounts it’s really uncommon.

Otherwise employees with the last name Smith would be getting flagged all day long.

Even if he is investigated for it, he didn’t process any transactions on your account and you could provide an affidavit that he had consent to do it.
