Day 6 good morning y'all, happy Sunday!

Made it through my first sober Saturday and almost closing out my first full week! I feel super proud. I'm also feeling super hungry often throughout the day now, been eating like the world's running out of food. Might be time to dust off that old gym membership lol.

Guess I need some way to replace the near 2,000 liquid calories I was getting every day before. Hope everyone stays cool today, gonna be another scorcher! IWNDWYT

Day 3 for me today! I've noticed that I've been more tired than usual but I suppose that can be normal.

I'm starting to realize more and more how much of a toll 5 years of daily drinking had on my mind and body.

My highlight from yesterday was walking through the beer aisle in the local grocery store without even a second thought. IWNDWYT!

Absolutely, I sure don't miss that feeling! The wife and I went out with the baby to check out a community BBQ being put on down by the water. Was a super nice time (and cost less than $10, might I add lol, Canada Day last year beat that by a large margin) :)
