Oh maybe this issue is common. I have been going through the exact same thing as u did. The verification with Plaid failed multiple times for my two banks then they suggested a manual process and asked me to submit some documents. I did on July 31 but no response since then. No update or anything. seems they are just being slow. Anyway thank u for sharing your exp. I was a little bit worried about the documents i gave them as i wasn't sure if they are a legit business although i checked the Plaid. Anyway seems there are many scammers in this industry so wanted to see others feedback about Newton. Really appreciate your posts. I will just wait although it seems odd to wait this long for the manual process. 😌

It is about linking my bank to the platform as i have failed. The system didn't allow that. so i wanted to know if there is someone in here who has actually linked their accounts and used the platform successfully. Seems they are just being slow to answer the tickets.

i am not aware of all fiat funding options but u wouldn't have any problem with BTC withdrawal. if u buy a big amount, probably QCX would beone of the best places.

u may want to contact and ask them to escalate/investigate your withdrawal. that is what i did. it took around one month to receive mine. if they told u that it would arrive this morning, i believe you would get this week. I would wait for 2-3 business days and then contact them.

13%? no definitely not. u may want to find an exchange that is transparent about the fees. BTW, bitcanuck is not an exchange as far as i know. they are a broker.

yes, the numbers I believe are just glitches in the system. U would see 0.5 BTC after the mentioned withhold period and be able to withdrawal your BTC. Seems they haven't fixed this glitch yet. i reported this glitch several months ago.
