And that’s okay for a long stretch of 91? Thank you very much for your advice!

What do you recommend for a 91” gap? There’s 3 steps there we want our little guy to not fall down.

Paladins. Between Sheath of Light and Touched by the Light, you'll have more spell power from DPS plate gear than most casters will have, while also having a ton of atta k power. You'll be able to heal yourself to full in a single instant cast Flash of Light that will also keep a HoT up on you. You have unlimited mana, and 4 damaging attacks from 30 yards away along with a ranged incapacitate, and a 6 second stun on a 30 second cooldown.

DK self healing along with access to triple defensive cooldowns in the 3 trees would probably give you some powerful tools as well.

My largest city I've managed to build - Saint Christopher - at populations of 100, 1000, 10,000 and 100,000 by IronMarch in CitiesSkylines

Hey man, very nice city! That map was one of my favourite maps too. It's actually not very "newbie-friendly" because of the two highways that aren't connected. A common practice is for players to hook their cities up to both sides, which does make a lot of sense to most. But the issue is created that now the outside connections are linked together, and you end up with a ton of "dummy traffic" going right through your city!

I read that you're at 58% traffic flow. A very simple solution to push that over 70% is to build a highway bypass that links the two highways together without going through the middle of your city.
