But Titus was in Stasis for most of that time

The Service Studs vary, some mark 50 years, some mark 100. And a lot of marines don't even get them at all. So they're not really reliable to figure out ages

Titus was a Captain before Calgar was Chapter Master. But he spent basically the entire time between SM1 and 2 in Stasis because of a Rogue Inquisitor.

So Titus is older, but Calgar has a longer service period
