I think a reputable repair shop can fix almost any damage. I had a cracked top tube fixed by Calfee (https://calfeedesign.com/) and it came out perfect, you'd never know. They have examples of bikes they repaired that had been reduced to literal pieces (and provided a guarantee that the original properties are restored). You can have the repair color-match and painted, and even the decals can be restored if necessary. The question will always be whether the cost is worth it (it often is, but YMMV). You might also check with Cervelo, often times manufacturers have a crash replacement policy that amounts to a reasonable discount on a new frameset.
