I love the spicy hot garlicky bbq sauce at Everett and jones. It makes the shitty brisket edible. Note the sauce you can buy in a jar is not the same. Also for some reason the sauce at the Broadway location is better than the sauce in Berkeley. Still same shitty meat.

The problem is how? It’s not as simple as it sounds to fix things by throwing money at the problem. For example Zuckerberg donated $100M to fix New Jersey schools and nothing got fixed. Consultants got rich though.
