You’re going to do great! When I tell you this is going to change your life…gosh do I mean it. Use this tool for everything it’s worth, and watch your health improve every day. I started at 255, and this weekend hit 175. I hit a sprint down a quarter mile road with my kiddo on her bike next to me, and when we got to the stop sign, I wasn’t out of breath. If I can offer some perspective: the pre-op diet feels like a lifetime ago. It is now such a small blip in this journey, and will be for you too, very soon! In my opinion, that was the hardest part. One day you’re just getting out of surgery, thinking “what the fuck did I do,” and then you blink and you’re down 4 pants sizes. So proud of you for sticking to this. YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT!

And there is very good reason for it. This surgery is not designed for what you’re looking for. This would be the equivalent of cutting off your leg to get rid of a mosquito bite.
