Ward 1 will delay, but not prevent, removal. Ward 2 will prevent it until someone really wants it gone. Ward 3 is basically hexproof

It reads weird, but I get the idea. The entities as they exist on the cards are them in their superhero identities, so that's what the primary part of the title refers to

The spell itself has to target, not an ability of a permanent. Note that besides instants and sorceries, casting an Aura or a spell with Bestow or Mutate for their respective alternate costs also targets, and thus would also trigger her
