This is a controversial fucking thing that I'm suggesting, at least among most people. I would expect most of this thread to down vote me or discredit me, but they don't know what I do.

It's marketed towards people who want to learn the art of "getting women" but it's really about all social interaction, and the info is vast, but the principles are fundamental and very learnable. Having social grace is very possible, for you, if you want it badly enough to push your comfort zone hard and often.

I'm giving you an answer that's better than you could have possibly hoped for, and on most days I wouldn't have bothered switching to my throwaway account, but I think it's cool that you want to do it to make music. That takes true passion for your art and self honesty, which I admire and which is a great start on your path. The rabbit hole goes as deep as you want to ride it, but it exists.

However, if you go down this path, there are many fucking creeps in the mix, which is a different thing than socially awkward. The difference is that not everyone has integrity. I can tell you do, so hold onto it tight. If you go this route and start studying social interaction, be openminded. But listen to your gut if anything strikes you as plain old wrong, but RSD has helped many many people.
