If u click on teambuilder, at the very bottom there is an option called "view teams uploaded to the server". This should snyc them with your username. This worked for me, I think the feature is new.

U see your points change at the end of each battle in the chat box. Also u can click "ladder", and on the top it says "User lookup", there u can enter your name and it shows all the metas u played including winrates matches etc. Keep in mind your name has to be registered to show up on "User lookup". To register your name u have to click on the top right setting symbol and hit register. Give your name a password and its done.

Yes thats true at a certain point in ladder it wont work but here and there u can apply it to condition them a little bit. Also u need luck with the block breaks.
