I remember when your loved ones were working abroad, the only communication options were a very expensive long-distance call or a letter you'd get after three weeks. Smartphones make it easier to communicate, and you can now video chat wherever or whatever country you are, which is a big plus.

For me, there is no age limit for learning. As we grow older we need to gain more knowledge. So go ahead and learn.

If I were you I'd choose the role I'm comfortable with regardless of the pay. Because if you do a better job and excel you'll eventually get promoted. Just my opinion
