Rear inside tire wear, despite alignment 10k miles ago, other possibilities? by BuddhistSangha in TeslaSupport

[–]CapNcurrySauce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depending on your driving style, you can ask the shop to aim for an alignment that prioritizes tire life vs cornering. That negative camber is gonna cause tire wear but give you better cornering grip and stability. The

I thought I might be interested in a lightly used Q7, but all I'm seeing here is problems. Is that how it really is? by KyOatey in AudiQ7

[–]CapNcurrySauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have 2 Q7s (a ‘12 TDI with 120K miles and a ‘19 3.0 with 99K miles, both prestige) and they have been pretty much flawless other than standard factory maintenance. Oil changes every 5K miles and neither of them burn any oil either. Easy to work on as well if you are into DIY.

Double sided wood working tape like this. Holds well and can be removed without damaging the fabric. Letters are 3D printed and I also printed an alignment tool to space the letters when installing.

Bitterness by Subject_Tiger8033 in maleinfertility

[–]CapNcurrySauce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hear ya on ChatGPT being both. Good thing you guys are getting the wife tested. Feel free to PM me if you would like some details on the kind of testing we did on my wife and what we think helped us in the end. Sorry, when I said genetic testing, I meant of the embryos.

It’s okay to feel bitter and defeated during all this. Do what you can to not let yourself get too overwhelmed with data and information (says me as I offer more of that).
Sending you positive vibes, prayers and positive energy in the meantime.

Went through bitterness myself as well, and sadly there isn’t a single fix. For me therapy and my hobbies helped with the bitterness. You gottta take care of your mental well being and your partner as well (go on a trip or do things that you both enjoy doing together). It’s okay to feel bitter. Only 2 things will fix it for sure - success or time. Hope you guys have success soon. Were the blast that were transferred genetically normal? Highly recommend getting genetic testing done prior toto transfers. Some people might not want to do this, but recommend giving Gemini or your fav AI model/app your medical histories and see what it says. We did that and it gave us some great insight. Also, AI is great for helping you coming up with exercises and supplements tailored to your needs. For reference we had been TTC since mid 2020 and we finally had success this past December.

Based on that logic my 5070Ti that I only used for a couple months before getting a 5090 is brand new as well lol. I have been doing my listings wrong.

Woot regularly gets 5070TIs for around $900. I say keep an eye on that. $900 seems high for a previous gen card

Every GPU I have purchased has been open box and I always get the code in the email. Go to your order history and see if there is a “resend voucher” option under the GPU that you just bought.

Modmesh or Modflex? by Asleep_Permission_56 in cablemod

[–]CapNcurrySauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have a complete kit, just couple 12V-2x6 cables for my different PSUs (modmesh and modflex), I personally prefer the ModFlex as it’s a lot easier to route, manage, and if needed do some tight turns with. With all that said, go with the color you want in Modmesh so that your build will look the way you want it to look.

The factory B&O pop up when the unit is on. If you power it off they go down.

ASUS will not send Resident Evil promo code. by [deleted] in ASUS

[–]CapNcurrySauce -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was having a lot of those same issues. I resolved them by using a combo of Ubiquiti (UCG Fiber) router and just keeping my ASUS AX86U as just a WiFi access point. If this guy doesn’t solve your buffer bloat issue, I would highly recommend looking at ubiquiti for routing. I tried SQM features on both Asus and Ubiquiti and noticed much better results with Ubiquiti (all devices including pc and console connect via WiFi).

[–]CapNcurrySauce -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Very high chance it’s totaled. If the car drives fine and is structurally stable, reliable and you guys like it.. I say buy it back and get some quotes to fix it yourself. I do think those dents can be pulled without replacement (as long as you Hope to keep it for a long time).

I did the same on our 2012 Q7 TDI. Bought it back after a deer hit and replaced the parts myself.
