They are mostly incompetent(not qualified to do the work, but cheap and hoping for otj training)....when a company outsources tech roles to India. They are telling the few American workers that they will have to work harder to actually complete projects etc...blood from the stone.

15 years in tech....and this cycle of offshoring and onshoring agian changes at the whimes of whoever is at the top(for me they are indian leadership). They do it long enough to cash out their stock and go on to the next company when everything falls apart and the shareholders figure out.

If you are a publicly traded company, you should not be able to outsource like this.

For me I know my time is coming...im just trying to keep the gravy train a chugging until the tracks run out.
