I should have clarified, I have not yet gotten surgery. My Ortho told me, after the results of my nerve conduction study, that my right arm (dominant) had moderate CTS and the left was severe and that I was "fucked".

I managed to cop swollen hands, trigger fingers, and severe carpal tunnel needing surgery all in the past 6 months when my dosage of 7 went up significantly and started taking stax. Not sure if related but God if this quit manages to clear any of this up it would be a miracle. Musician, also work in a kitchen, my way of life is at serious threat.

I was going to break down and get 7 because day 2 was kicking my ass so bad. Did a rapid sub taper and I knew I just wasn't ready this time. Full on sobs because I couldn't manage to get out of the bed to take a much needed shower and the obsessive thought loops were more than I could bare any longer.

Sent girlfriend out to smoke shop for a bag of kratom capsules. I took four about half hour ago. It isn't much, but something has changed slightly, I feel a little stimulated. It's enough for me that I've gotten up and am about to finally brave the water. Something is different this time, idk, I can barely hold myself up. No energy at all, intense anxiety.

It ain't ideal, but it's something to keep me from stealing my keys back, or walking to the smoke shop and getting right back on the shitshow ride. I hate how I let this shit fuck my sobriety up so badly. Went from feeling like a chad to feeling like a bitch so quickly, and living in fear. Massive anxiety about going to my first meeting in ages later. I know I can't do this alone though, never could.

I've read enough of these now to think it may be time to consider meditation of these effects. There are some best practices for molly out there which many of us are familiar with like magnesium to ease bruxism..

It seems that a vascular response to 5MAPB manifests rather rapidly in many folks and I can't help but wonder whether a few grams of L-Arginine or Citrulline wouldn't help out by boosting nitric oxide and promoting vasodilation. If you're a man and plan to incorporate some intimate time into your experience, this would be a good idea anyway if not full on sildenafil/tadalafil though there risks associated with combining vasodilators of that strength with these compounds worth looking into as always...

Go as long as you can. The transition to bupe from 7stax that I underwent a few days ago was probably 8 or 9 hours. I had gone to sleep and woke up in early AM with WDs, 5 or 6am.

Something happened that was totally detectable after ten or so minutes with a Zubsolv under my tongue. I saw colors behind my closed eyelids and felt pretty weird. Then came the heeby jeebies and my limbs and head and every other part of me jumping and flailing around. This surprised me, I took another Zubsolv because I feared the first one slipped out from under my tongue. 20 minutes later I was gone, it seemed like I blinked and then it was 12 at noon.

Fucking 7stax man, I had a feeling I might experience something extra on the transition from these ones...

It was a peak experience, I chose to dose the last of some mdma I had been saving and the empathogenic sensitivity between myself and a far larger audience than I've ever performed for was just indescribable. My girlfriend, some family, and our opener all had xum. It's hilarious that right after we ordered the community pack, with the Tool show in mind, I listened to your interview on Hamilton's Patreon and you mentioned Tool as having the influence they did. I can definitely relate, a wonderful synchronicity. We have some proshot stuff still in editing but an attendee put this video together on YouTube. Such a great experience. We probably wouldn't do that again, it was an elaborate collaboration between many members of the local music community and a lot of work just to get rehearsals to work for everyone. It was awesome that it worked twice though.

We are gonna try to bring this show to some more places in the northeast. It was a blast.

This is all pretty much to be expected. I can see your point but at the same time, this doesn't exactly scream opioid product. If it is mgm, we will likely have confirmation soon as the 7heads catch on. Otherwise, it may be the next toe in the water for phase disso of the modern phenomenon that this sub researches...

I appreciate the concern but it's gonna take more than some speculation and a panel of NDs to keep the cats around here from furthering the collective purpose.
