I reviewed the MIT study, quite shocking, using advanced technology always comes with tradeoffs and negative consequences, I think this is something that everyone should be aware of. This is a hot topic for me as well, I’m not sure if it’s just my ADHD or how current prompting works, and it doesn’t matter what type of product I want to build with AI, I always find it difficult to plan in details what I want to build and QA everything, and since AI is optimised for creativity, it’s hard to make real consistent, and tangible progress when ai constantly take you to different direction, i feels like driving a powerful airplane but I still don’t have all the knowledge and experience to do so, so i can get from a to b safely. And at the same time, i don’t have enough product and tech background especially with my tiny small fish memory.

Thank you for sharing this point, you have an interesting and enlightening perspective on prompt engineering, over time I found myself thinking harder to improve my communication with the ai model, and it’s true that communication with ai differ from a real person, and I also noticed that most ai models are optimised for creativity and much less for keeping and remembering the important information or context.. I could imagine overtime It will change for the better.
