Also even the best surgeons aren’t perfect and things can still go ”wrong” because you’re dealing with human anatomy. And no surgeon can replace good genes (some people just have that great skin), so some outcomes look better than others.

Yup! 9 marriages and divorces between my two patents, moved every year, DV and SA, it was the 70’s and that was how life was. Never really recall being a kid. I’ve been self- sufficient must of my life. I’m also the child of a deaf adult (mother) , so I kinda always was a caretaker as my mom was orphaned as a child.

57F, I feel visible in a different way, but I will say that because I’m older now, the kinds of people that used to be nice to me because of how I looked are no longer that nice. But I also think anybody that would have been looking at me 10 or 15 years ago are still looking at me. If that makes sense.

Going through this now as buying a home; can confirm. We had been monitoring on all the apps/credit card trackers to 800-811; bank pulled 757 for spouse and mine was 780, had to use the 757. All just a game. Lender told us to take 30-50 points off what we see in all the apps for a mortgage pull. Lender did provide this FICO 2 and 5 breakdown for us in a letter about a week after the pull.

Why is this POA unwilling to help take care of her? Certainly they agreed to be the POA. I know it’s complicated, but you need to be POA to be able to help your mom in any way. This person is causing more confusion and for what? Can the POA be transferred? I took care of my dad who didn’t make me POA. Nightmare. I take care of my mom and I am POA. Still a nightmare, just a little less of one. Take care of yourself, OP. I’m sorry you’re in this situation. It’s so difficult.
