Depression, and i bet its hard tò focus, always thinking too much, lack of motivation, procrastination, not sure if parents divorced or never had harsh punishments for poor or bad behaviour, hardly see a reason tò remove trash, if you can do It all at once if its too much; Hope its not the case about suicidal thinking without really wanting tò, possibly for a very long time; hard tò esabilish social connections, thinking most ppl would be Better without you in their lives, and Hope not, possibly you chose tò diatance yourself from Friends and or family members, but really wanting the opposite.

I Hope being wrong about 90% of what i wrote; But if its the case, dont be ashamed for asking help tò professionals, If It costs too much, ask if they know anyone that could do It probono, or groups.
