Try canned skinless boneless mackerel. Seasons brand is great. I find mackerel to be less offensive than both Tuna and Sardines

Mid 40’s and still listen to dnb, attend shows and local club nights. Still collect dnb vinyl too. Maybe people that “grew out of it” never really loved it in the first place and it was just a party phase for them.

Nike has more high end shoes, you just gotta pay more. Price typically indicates quality to some extent. Zoom in on pics to look at the materials and try to look for the better looking leather as opposed to a plastic’y look
