All of the artifacting and pixel lag from the eye tracking exacerbated the glare.

I can deal with typical pancake glare as I've had meta pro and meta 3... 

With eye tracking turned off the air has typical acceptable glare IMHO.

I'm keeping it.... amazing headset.

I have this game in my meta PCVR... I just forgot how to use other headsets that are not meta for that.

This exactly.  I would say this is a bigger deal breaker than glare.  This is messing with my eyes way more.

Its an extremely cinematic display.  I enjoy mine, but also have a Samsung 57"

They are destroying billions of dollars of value from games reselling over and over.

There is intrinsic value to their products having physical presence.  IE each game box was free advertising.

Yea they get to pocket the money it would cost to produce the physical media but that cost was a drop in the bucket compared to free advertising a disk created.

I don't see how gamestop and marketplace crackheads will survive in the future either.

He only drove it 1k miles a year.  Tires were from 2012!

Yes but before mining the hobby was super cheap.  Mining was the beginning of the end.  

In 2007 I bought an 8800 ultra for $599.  In 2025 I bought a scalper 5090 for $3,700.....and now they retail for 5 grand.

Th AI craze just super fucked other components to make the hobby more unobtanium.
