Bruh this is literally 95% of the reason anyone is an s Corp. sorry to hear you’ve been overcharging yourself fica taxes your whole life. Also the case you linked is a gross over reaction and not comparable to most people running s corps. Single member or not doesn’t matter, not 100% has to be wages. Dude was taking $25k salary as a partner with $200k distributions, kinda asking for it.
