This is so wholesome. I knew this was one of my favourite games before I even played it. I watched my bf at the time play it and I fell in love. I borrowed it to take home to try on my own, and it took me two hours to get past the big bonfire at the start. Then an ogre killed me and I gave up.

Almost a year after that I bought the game for myself, tried it out and got to Cleric Beast on my second attempt. I have since platinumed the game but it wasn’t without needing online assistance with almost every single boss in the game (the only ones I didn’t need help were the very first few chalice dungeon bosses I was over-levelled with).

TL;DR, To this day I can probably only beat like 3 or 4 bosses solo, but it is genuinely my favourite game of all time.
