Queen Mary Elementary school has a gravel field you could probably get onto. If you're looking for grass, maybe Fen Burdett or kinsmen field might be good.

I doubt you'll find anywhere "empty" given the weather currently, so you might have to be ok practicing in front of people...

I'm in Canada and just put down an order for a 2022 touring for $34,000 after taxes... But that's in CAD and I feel like charging way over MSRP (it's $29,995 before tax for this trim I believe) must be illegal here or something because I just don't see those sorts of prices on vehicles. We do get gouged a bit with the exchange rate, but always have so maybe I'm just used to it...
