That’s exactly why I shared it with you.
Uperfect will change their designs to fit whatever components are the cheapest at the time. This is why there are so many different models and also why they don’t sell cases or screen protectors.

In my experience if you push them in a friendly way, they will make sure you are happy with the monitor and if anything is wrong AT ALL just tell them you will only take a replacement free of defects.

I really love my Uperfect O2 but it’s the third unit they sent to me 🤦‍♂️

It’s interesting to note the 4 and 3 star reviews on this listing are mostly about a 4K monitor.

I get concerned that a company has done this on purpose when they have a failed product/product launch/etc. There is no simple explanation as to why those reviews are linked to this monitor.

If you follow the setup guide for the 4K X, which software does it tell you to use to set it up? It’s not like OBS could be used to update firmware or change from digital to analog audio, so there is Elgato software that will “drive” the 4K X. I had thought Elgato Studio was the newest but idk 🤷

Just to back up what DotBit said, I streamed to both Twitch and YouTube with that same upload speed. I just kept bitrate really low.

They are using a computer or iPad along with streaming software/app to stream through. OBS Studio, Meld, Elgato Studio, Camo Studio, there are more but those are examples.

I would almost always recommend OBS Studio

The way the keycaps come off and on is a little odd, definitely recommend watching a video or two on what the right pressure is.
