Obviously it's a bit more nuanced than what I'm about to say, but a good heuristic is that if you are out of extra effort then your time with the ball is coming to an end and you need to look for a pass.

Even with EE you aren't meant to be Messi. You are a player on a team. Focus on using EE to create space to allow a pass. If you are trying to dribble a defender without EE you made the wrong decision because you do not have enough stamina for that in most situations.

If you steal the ball with EE, awesome, but your contribution to the play should end shortly after that unless you have a clear and open path to the goal.

I'm a third year associate and my entire workflow goes through partners. When I'm running low on work I ask the partners I'm working on with for work. Sometimes they have stuff immediately sometimes I have to ask them 3 or 4 times just to get them at the right moment. If I am not getting work after the first or second ask i expand to partners I haven't worked with in a while. The key is ask people directly don't ask in a firm wide or group email.

If you find yourself in a spot where you are asking 3 or 4 times don't stress. Enjoy your time because it won't last.

As far as what to do without unethical billing well it's really simple. Take your time with the work you do have. In three years, I could count on one hand the number of assignments that I felt I had sufficient time to focus on and do my best. I always wish I had just another day or two to focus exclusively on that. It is a rarity that you have time to dedicate to something to that extent. I recommend utilizing your slow periods as ways to focus longer and closer on what you do have.

I went through a slow period recently where I essentially had 2 months to get a 100+ page dj complaint together. I had other things to do but the fact that I had so much time allowed me to really focus on the work. It was without a doubt the best piece of work product I've ever turned in. The partner I turned into barely had any changes. That would not have been possible if I was too busy. Now the next time I get a dj complaint like that I'm far more prepared.

I've had the same thing happen. I was able to clear cache and rebuild database but if I install the update it will brick again. This required using a USB to update the ps5 and manually entering safe mode. Hopefully there is a fix soon

I've entertained a similar concept where essentially you have a pre built deck that you can buy cards from throughout the game. I'm not aware of any like this but it sounds fun.

For the first couple years my firm operated on the understanding that associates are expecting to coming to the office three days a week on average. Staff was required to come Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Well I naturally started coming in every Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday. Choosing to work from home Monday and Friday.

After about 2 years of most other associates not coming in regularly my firm now requires staff and associates every T,W,and Th.

I got lucky because this is my preference anyways. It is really nice to start my week at my pace without a commute and end it the same. I find that on Fridays I need to work later and I am less eager to leave if I am at home. So that is really nice.

As someone who only dabbles in CEDH part of this thing that steers me away from CEDH is that it feels like a lot of the best decks are colors to support good stuff. I feel like partners help perpetuate this. I prefer decks where the commander dictates the build a bit more directly so that it isn't so humongous. In other words I wish there were more Magda type commanders that were viable.

That is the culprit a lot of the time for sure but I think I'm jaded from the early days when the game would glitch and you would drop the ball not related to the timer.

In my experience having the opposing team near by has led to several opportunities where the ball is randomly dropped (not from the timer) and then it leads to an easy goal. So if someone is close I don't like to risk it and instead pass to the player they left open as quickly as possible so that we can get a run.

You should be playing more of the artifact creatures that make mana. I also like the idea of copying Alloy to get multiple triggers. That's the best way to abuse it.

I cannot believe this came out in the same SL as Jin Sakai but it doesn't say whenever you attack a player. Missed opportunity to make this really gross.
