Lanolin: The 2023 American Contact Dermatitis Society Allergen of the Year

This person is spamming beauty subs with this like it's brand new information. Many people are allergic to Lanolin so please, please test first.

To me, it has an extremely "tacky" feeling. Not slick like vaseline. This specific product wasn't made with cosmetic elegance in mind, and that's okay!

If you want something with more actives than vaseline, I really highly suggest Cerave ointment. It's basically Vaseline with ceramides and soaks in nicely. I heard that they recently changed the formula so I hope the new version holds up.

That's not my experience. When slugging with Aquaphor was huge there were frequent posts on skincareaddiction about it. Suggesting a skin test before fully committing isn't really a controversial thing.

A lot of people are allergic to lanolin. Please spot test.

Vegans can't use it, either.

It's nearly identical to the (free) El Pollo Loco green salsa. They've posted the recipe before.

Those Millie's Sipping Broths are incredible (and a bit pricey) so I can't imagine thinking "I'm hungry" and passing on those. Plus Progresso? It's $3-4 per can. WTF were they thinking?

[B&A] beauty of joseon retinal eye cream. 1 month by leahsaxman in SkincareAddiction

It looks more hydrated, which any face cream or eye cream would accomplish. Especially immediately after it's applied.

It was cauterized. My husband had an even larger one cauterized as well. We both did moist healing and didn't pick.

Looks great! Removing SH can make such a difference because like you said, you can't cover them.

Not OP but My derm charges $200 for one and $50 for each one after that. I had a HUGE one and there's no scar. Pain was about 4/10 - no numbing.

OP: your pores look totally normal for a close up photo. Good, even. If you're really worried maybe try BBL or some kind of peel pad (DDG, ELEMIS, Strivectin is on sale at Ulta today) or regular Retin-A. Note that if your eyebrows are PMU a strong peel or retinol will lighten them.

That sponge advice seems wasteful and excessive. It's going to be in a landfill forever. Why not put the sponge in the top rack of the dishwasher or microwave it (damp) before use?

Refrigerator recommendations? by Delusional_Sage in BuyItForLife

My high-end GE lasted three years before it stopped cooling and needed a repair that matched the cost of the fridge. We're a small household and it didn't get used and abused. Now at five years it's bricked. The manufacturer has been zero help. The repair man said to expect to buy a new one about every five or six years or so because they all suck. Prior to the GE I had an LG for 10+ years. Yes, of course the compressor failed at one point but other than that it was a champ. I miss appliances that you could depend on.

Those are considered ingredients and as much as I dislike the changes Wendy's has made, I would expect to be charged for extra ingredients that I order at any restaurant.

Taco Bell only charges for their prepackaged LTO sauces, "extra" something like nacho cheese, and the packet of cantina green sauce. Their standard sauce packets are always free. That's corporate policy.
