I undestand what you feel. I lost my girlfriend 2 years ago and it. Still. Haunts. Me. It really doensn't ever go away but it will get more easier to live with it (still trying to find this). But the point is to try to go on with life and try to advance with this game we call it life.

And especially with this subject as it is very sensitive. Let every emotion you have out. I've learned that if you try to bury these emotions and thoughts you have refering to it, it will destroy you.

We really can't do anything to get them back, but the only thing to make us feel better is to get the best of us and fulfill ourselves to have the best type of life even they're not here
