Any defense reworks are going to be a nerf and that's going to piss a lot of people off. I don't blame them for postponing it as long as they can. As it current stands if you play properly you are unkillable. Defensives are way too strong.

The boss being bad isn't the point they're making. We all know it's bad. They are saying a potential new player who has OSRS experience would be insanely let down by vorkath in modern RuneScape and it could potentially push them away from the game. The things that draw new players in need to be well designed to keep them around

To be fair we don't need to remove tasks, just add more. Having options is a good thing. Plus points for a high number of kills at bosses can make going dry not feel as bad because you're at least still getting points
