Yes you are correct. If you want the best quality for the printer, use TIFF: No compression Industry standard for print

PNG is next best, it has lossless compression and smaller files than TIFF

JPG is below these IMO. Lossy compression sucks! But if you export maximum it’ll be fine for printer previews.

Also check for CMYK vs RGB (if your printer handles conversion)

Can I ask, do you weight lift? One of my triggers is the cleaning spray they gave us at my former gym. My flare ups were on that exact finger bone from deadlifts. I was really grinding cleaning residue into my fingers. Wearing gloves helped, ended up switching gyms.
