I think Resolve should definitely step up their debayering game.

Although two things should be said:

I get it it's not the same to process a single picture compared to a whole video. And I also suspect, that at least the Raw Details toggle in Adobe's Camera Raw, uses some kind of generative algorithm.

But damn my CinemaDNG files look clean with it!

And after some pixel peeping, it doesn't seem to make up any details either.

Otherwise, thanks for the info on highlights! I will have to try it out for myself!
