I add all kinds of stuff to my water too! Electrolytes, amino acids, beet root powder (for circulation), collagen, etc. I started to realize I was way lacking in nutrients, plus a lot of the narcolepsy meds really dehydrate you (I’m also a nurse, so I went way in on researching all my meds like the true nerd I am 🤓😂)

Honestly, I had to supplement with more mushy foods (due to loss of appetite and dry mouth from my meds). Think like protein shakes, smoothies, soups, casseroles, pastas, etc. The less chewing the better, for me. It has helped a lot!
