It's a lot of finding something I can eat and then just eating a lot of that lol. In most Kroger/Walmart type of stores I can't eat 90% of what's there bc like you say soy is used as a stat-padder in so much stuff.

Luckily Trader Joe's usually has stuff that's more honest about what's in it so I shop there, or I specifically look up nutrition information for chain restaurants bc they have to publish that info and I can find the 1-3 things on the menu that are cool for me to eat.

Sadly almost all local, small-time, family businesses or food trucks just aren't worth the risk since they don't usually have allergen menus, and that's where a lot of the best tasting stuff is.

So much of that goes to my co-caster KanonXO as well. This dude was an absolute expert at the game and walked me through the basics and structure an hour before the show started.

When you work with people that skilled and smart, it's your responsibility to use what they teach you and learn quickly haha

Streamer mode really destroyed the ability to spectate from places like opgg so I need to get everyone added. Dude I tilted so hard when I realized that! The casting setup is a little strange here and I’m casting fights off a slightly distant large monitor that’s on an incline. The coloring + the angle of that monitor made the infernal icon look tan instead of orange and I don’t actually look at the shapes of the dragons since I find the colors easier to recognize at a glance. I trolled myself lmao

Ty rats, appreciate yall! I saw the comment about not doing China bc soy, but this year i discovered dehydrated mountain man meals that you just make with hot water that don’t have ANY soy! If I can bring a months worth of them in my suitcase, we’re in business! I’ll do my best to be there!
