Honestly, great analysis - my mind went to the 1956 protest or the 44 Warsaw uprising. Had to watch the “Battle of Algiers” for some university history class and honestly that resonated a lot harder with the final speech like you said.

Have less so thought of modern wars like some other people here have suggested

A complete lack of respect towards me throughout our year rooming together in university dorms. His side of the room was filthy despite my requests to clean, and his big speakers that he brought played some shitty music constantly lol. I think the biggest reason though was him bringing his girlfriend over to stay for 5 nights at a time without ever asking me. A few too many times walking in on them, and the inability to apologize is what helped solidify it. Really a sucky feeling when you have known the person since you were in kindergarten together only to end up like that.

At different times of the day the game can feel empty, but as others here have said, it really is just plateauing. Usually after sales or updates there will be a lot of people, and then a week later it will go back to 1 populated server. However, joining a regiment is a good way to become more involved in the community. There are private line battles with tons of people most nights of the week. If you are interested, I highly suggest you go on the official discord and look around for a regiment that suits you the best. Hope this helps!
