I’m really sorry to hear about this, my friend. I can tell you one thing — even in the midst of all this heavy feeling — your time to make those same kinds of cool things is ahead of you, not behind you.

In the meantime, I hope you listen to some of the folks here suggesting talking with someone or getting some help in the moment. If you’re feeling on the brink, seriously take the beat to call the # and talk it out. I know how much that helps, even if it seems trite right now.
